Junior Graphic Designer
ApplyWe are currently looking for a creative person for the position of Junior Graphic Designer who will be able to design materials tailored to current needs.
About the role
You will join the marketing team which operates on many levels and deals with:
- creating content for social media (mainly X, Instagram, LinkedIn);
- organizing external events, including meet-ups (RNCK, ECK, Web3.krk), App.js, RTC.ON and many others;
- supporting the promotion of our open-source activities;
- organizing internal events such as company birthdays, integration trips; taking care of company merchandise.
As our new Junior Graphic Designer, you'll be at the heart of our visual storytelling. Here's what your role will encompass:
- creating graphics and visuals for Social Media (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) tailored to the needs of different teams or events;
- creating conceptual graphics, logos, developing our brand book;
- preparing graphic elements for our open source tools;
- designing company merchandise such as t-shirts, hoodies, stickers; preparing DTP print materials.
Who are we looking for?
This position is for you if you:
- are a creative person eager to seek non-standard solutions;
- have experience in creating visual identity;
- execute graphic projects for both digital and print;
- organize your work well and can work on several tasks simultaneously;
- have spatial imagination and can creatively adapt designs to event spaces;
- communicate well and can gather necessary requirements for your work, you take initiative;
- know Polish and English at minimum B2 level.
Terms of Cooperation
- We work in a hybrid model. However, in this position it is important to us that you can work mainly from our office at Zabłocie 43B in Cracow, especially at the beginning of our cooperation. We expect you to work from our office 3-4 days per week for the first few months.
- We offer various agreements, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
- This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
