Junior Legal Counsel

Due to our steady growth and new clients coming in, we are currently seeking a junior legal counsel to support our business in a wide range of legal matters.

What would you be responsible for?

As a junior legal counsel, you will work hand-in-hand with our head of legal, supporting him in various matters, including:

  • drafting and negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers,
  • preparing resolutions and various corporate documents,
  • conducting legal research and monitoring new legislation,
  • performing administrative and clerical tasks,
  • assisting in managing responsibilities related to our company's presence on the stock exchange.

Who are we looking for?

This position is for you if you:

  • are available at least 30 hours per week,
  • have already finished law school,
  • have passed the admission exam for legal apprenticeship or are currently in the first year of training,
  • are proficient in English (C1 level or higher),
  • are willing to work across multiple legal areas rather than specializing in just one.

It is also a plus if you:

  • have experience working as a lawyer, either in a law firm or in-house,
  • have some knowledge of intellectual property law, particularly with regards to software licensing,
  • are familiar with stock market regulations,
  • have experience drafting IT contracts and contracts in English.

Terms of Cooperation

  • We work in a hybrid model. However, in this position it is important to us that you can work mainly from our office at Zabłocie 43 in Cracow, especially at the beginning of our cooperation. We expect you to work from our office 3-4 days per week.
  • We offer various types of agreements, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
  • We expect you to be able to work at least 30 hours a week or full time. Working hours are flexible.
