Software Mansion S.A. collects and further processes your personal data to enable you to take part in the recruitment process.
The data we collect mandatorily – your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number as well as information on your education, professional qualifications and employment history – is stored and processed as required by the article 221 of the Act of June 26, 1974—Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, Item 277, as amended; Polish: Ustawa z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks pracy (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 277 z późn. zm.)). Therefore, the basis of storing and processing this data is the Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Any other data you may provide during the recruitment process which is considered personal data is optional for the recruitment, and is processed on the basis of your consent. Therefore, the basis of storing and processing this data is the Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Your personal data provided in the context of the recruitment process will not be used for any automated decision-making, including profiling.

The following personal data may be processed in the context of a recruitment process:
· in each case: your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number as well as information on your education, professional qualifications and employment history (including the CV file and declaration of language knowledge)
· pursuant to your consent: additional information on your education and experience, your current seat of residence

The Data Controller only keeps your personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection or further processing.
