react-native-executorch 0.10.2

A patch release for two bugs reported against 0.10.x. No public API changed.

Bug fixes

• Opting out of a native library no longer breaks the build. The legacy/cpp tree was compiled into the library unconditionally while opencv and phonemis were only compiled and linked under their own flags, so an app that narrowed its libs or features block failed on Android at the include and on iOS at the link. The legacy sources now follow the same toggle the current API uses, and the load* globals for those tasks are absent instead, the same way the current API omits speech.createPhonemizer and the whole cv namespace (#1471 by @msluszniak).
• A failed LLM turn reports its own error again. The rollback that unwinds history, the KV cache and the active tensors called runner.reset(initialPos), but under resetOnTurn the turn has already zeroed the cache, so rewinding to the pre-turn position was out of range by construction and the exception it raised replaced the one being unwound (#1454 by @msluszniak).
