Product Designer

Apply

We are a Kraków-based software agency with over 10 years on the market. Thanks to our steady growth we are currently hiring around 400 team members, and as our client portfolio keeps growing, so does our need for great design. We are expanding our team and looking for a Product Designer who thinks in products first and interfaces second – someone who can take a brief, talk it through with a client, and turn it into a design that is both functional and beautiful.

You will join our design team and work on a mix of client projects and internal ones. On the client side, expect cooperation with companies from various industries – you will be the person who understands what the product needs to do, figures out how it should work, and then makes it look great. On the internal side, you may contribute to our website, the App.js conference site, our open-source products, and more.

This is not a research-heavy role. We value solid UX principles and good instincts, but you won't be running extensive user studies. What we care about is your ability to look at a product holistically – spot inconsistencies, ask the right questions, understand the complexity, and produce designs that are both logically coherent and visually polished.

What you'll be responsible for

  • translating client requirements and product needs into intuitive, detailed UI designs for web and mobile applications,
  • building things from scratch – from early conversations with clients through to ready-to-handoff designs,
  • ensuring consistency across the entire product – both visually and logically,
  • collaborating closely with developers: understanding how they work, and finding the right compromises between ideal design and technical reality,
  • managing design systems and style guides,
  • contributing to internal projects (our website, App.js conference site, open-source products).

Above all, we require

  • at least 2 years of commercial experience in a similar position,
  • great knowledge of Figma,
  • good command of English (C1 or above) and Polish – you will communicate with clients in English and with the team in Polish,
  • solid knowledge of UX principles and best practices,
  • ability to collaborate closely with developers – understanding their constraints and finding solutions that work for both sides,
  • ability to take a set of requirements and independently turn them into a thoughtful, well-structured design,
  • an eye for product complexity – thinking about the whole experience, not just individual screens,
  • strong visual skills and a genuine care for well-crafted interfaces: you know what good looks like and you know how to get there,
  • confidence in talking directly with clients and asking the right questions to clarify what the product actually needs.

Terms of Cooperation

  • We work in a hybrid model – we expect you to come into our office at Zabłocie 43B in Kraków around 2–3 days a week.
  • This is a full-time position with flexible working hours (no core hours, though you'll need to adjust for meetings sometimes).
  • We are flexible when it comes to the type of agreement.
