The core part of Software Mansion are engineers, but apart from that, we have QA and Design teams, as well as project management, sales, HR, and marketing.
Our sales process is not a typical one. Since most of our clients come from the recommendation or know us because of the open source tools we are working on, we do not have a separate sales department responsible for lead generation. As you get more rooted in your projects, we’d also like you to be responsible for the account management in your projects (with help of an account manager) and to get more involved in project management.
What will be your role?
We aren’t huge fans of strict job descriptions, as we believe in giving our employees a lot of flexibility in how they fulfill their roles. We do, however, need some help with developing and overseeing a smooth and effective sales process. Your main responsibility will be establishing and driving the daily rhythm of sales and identifying bottlenecks, promoting changes and driving improvement of the whole process.
Apart from the above-mentioned requirements, we want to underline the importance of cultural fit and entrepreneurship in our company. We are looking for a personality match for our team, rather than just a fixed set of hard skills.
