About the position
The Product Owner's role at Software Mansion is related to the following areas:
Planning – you will cooperate with the clients, collect their requirements, and plan the next steps in product development.
Organization of work – you will take care of arranging the work of our team (Engineers, QA Engineers, Designers), managing and prioritizing the roadmap, backlog, and eliminating bottlenecks.
Business – in the project, you should take into account the stakeholder's vision, and then convert it into defined tasks. You will focus on understanding project needs and then structuring and managing the business plan.
You will be responsible for running one or two projects at a time.
About your background
You have commercial experience as a Product Owner.
You have experience working with startups and an understanding of how software houses, startups, and other companies operate in general.
You are independent – you will be responsible for organizing the work of the team, so you also should be a well-organized person.
You are creative – you will need to come up with improvements and find new solutions on your own.
Technical background – you don't have to be an engineer, but it is essential to understand how they work. If you have experience with programming, it will be an additional asset.
Your English level is fluent (min. C1) – as we mostly work with clients from the USA.
Your Polish level is fluent (C1 is minimum) – as our internal team uses Polish in daily communication.
