About the Company
We are a Kraków-based company that has been on the market for over 9 years. Thanks to our steady growth rate of about 30-40% per year, we were able to celebrate the joining of our 100th team member at the beginning of 2021. Right now we’ve already hit 150, and we’re not planning on slowing down any time soon. As a result of this growth and other factors, we can take on new challenges, such as going public and developing our React Native and Membrane open-source projects. On top of all of that, we try to stay an active part of our local community by organizing events such as hackathons, meetups, workshops, webinars, and even our own conference App.js Conf, which will be hosted by us for the 2nd time in June 2022.
As you can see, we have a lot going on, however, we don’t always communicate all that we are doing effectively. This is why we are looking for a specialist who’d help make this happen and put Software Mansion on the map.
About the Position
As a company, we pride ourselves on being innovative and doing things our own way, as opposed to following trends. This is why we would like for you to primarily focus on getting to know us and how we operate when you first join. We’ll answer all your questions and make sure you get all of the information that you need. Ultimately you will assume responsibility and create your own plan of action to achieve goals that we will set together. We are looking for someone who doesn’t require managing and is fully capable of organizing their own work (and occasionally the work of others).
We aren’t huge fans of strict job descriptions, as we believe in giving our employees a lot of flexibility in how they fulfill their roles. We do, however, need help with the following:
