About the company

We are a Polish software development and consulting agency with almost 10 years of business experience. We have a steady growth rate of about 30-40% per year. Right now we’ve already hit 180, and we’re not planning on slowing down any time soon. This results in an ever-growing load of areas that need to be managed on a daily basis.

The main part of our company are engineers, but apart from that, we can boast of QA and Design teams. Of course, we cannot forget about the other roles related to project management, HR, administration and marketing.

We try to create a pleasant work environment for each team member. We focus on flexibility and listening to their needs. This is evidenced by the very low turnover (a few percent per year) and the fact that most employees come from recommendation.

About the position

You will be responsible for:

  • Our office – making sure that it is running effectively on a day-to-day basis.
  • New office space – we are about to start working on a new office space that we just rented. This can be a great opportunity for you to be involved in the process of making this space awesome.
  • Breakfasts – we believe that a good breakfast is a great way to start a day. That’s why we serve oatmeals, sandwiches and other goodies everyday. You will be the one in charge of the operation breakfast and make sure that the quality and quantity of the food are right. You will also be responsible for organizing themed breakfasts from time to time.
  • Kitchen supplies – currently we have 3 separate kitchens that we try to keep filled with coffee, tea, food, fruits and so on. We would like you to be responsible for that.
  • Helping with events organization and supporting our employees when needed.
  • About you

  • You have some experience as an Office Manager or similar position.
  • Your English level is communicative – some participants of our events don’t speak Polish.
  • You’re flexible – you don’t mind helping others, even if sometimes it’s not something you would typically do as an office manager.
  • You’re proactive – you like to come up with new ideas and improvements.
  • You organize your own work effectively and you feel responsible for what you do.
  • You like people – not only working with them but also talking and being around them!
  • You’re open to receiving feedback and you believe in its power – we listen to our people, especially when they say that something could be better.
