About our Team
Several people are now engaged in our HR and Recruitment processes. You can join the team that consists of:
Patrycja – Recruitment Manager – who deals comprehensively with the entire recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as takes part in Employer Branding planning,
Olga and Kasia – HR/Recruitment Specialists – who deal with HR aspects and conduct recruitment processes,
Marcin and Paweł – two founders of the company who are still actively involved in all processes,
technical recruiters – talented engineers who conduct technical interviews with our candidates and are always willing to share their knowledge with us.
Of course, our administration and marketing teams actively support us in aspects related to employment and employer branding activities.
What would you do as an HR Specialist at Software Mansion?
As we grow continuously, we see the need to find one more passionate person, who will help us with some internal HR tasks. We seek one, who is curious about HR processes and values conducting them in terms of quality, as well as improving them and introducing new ones when needed.
We work as a team, and because each of us has different strengths, we try to organize our work and distribute the current tasks in the most suitable and effective way for us. If you join our team, the following tasks can be part of your responsibilities (based on current needs, as well as your skills and preferences):
collecting employees’ feedback and preparing notes about it (as we find it important to provide employees with quality feedback and do it in a good way),
being the first point of contact for all employees in HR-related matters (such as onboarding, offboarding, feedback, training budget, etc.),
improving our employer branding actions and coming up with new ideas for them,
taking part in other ongoing HR activities,
proactively analyzing our HR processes and improving them, as well as introducing new ones when needed,
writing job advertisements, conducting interviews with candidates, and guiding them from the first contact to the offer. However, taking part in recruitment actions will not be an essential part of your job. Who are we looking for?
This position is for you if you:
have some experience in the HR field, preferably you were responsible for tasks such as collecting employees' feedback, conducting employees’ satisfaction surveys, and planning their career and development paths,
are interested in the IT area – we expect that you want to work in an IT company and you’re already familiar with the IT industry to some extent,
know English well,
have an eye for detail and care about the quality of everything you create,
are flexible – you are willing to carry out various HR tasks, depending on the current needs,
are independent and well-organized – you can count on our help, but we expect you to be able to organize your own work, identify areas for improvement, and make your own decisions,
are proactive and innovative, and you enjoy sharing your opinions and ideas,
are communicative and have no problem conducting conversations, even difficult ones.

know the IT job market in Poland.
Terms of Cooperation
We work in a hybrid model so you can work remotely from time to time. However, it is important to us that you can work mainly from our office at Zabłocie 43 in Cracow and get to know our employees well, especially at the beginning of our cooperation.
We offer various agreements, so you can choose the one that suits you.
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
