Executive Assistant

We are a Kraków-based company that has been on the market for almost 10 years. Thanks to our steady growth rate of about 40% per year, we are close to hiring our 200th team member. Our Software Mansion team is getting bigger and bigger, and the Board Members – Marcin, Paweł, Kasia, and Magda, are getting more occupied. As all of them want to continuously engage in the company's daily life, we are looking for an Assistant who will help them deal with the ongoing issues. We go public next year and are about to face some new tasks, so we predict that the Assistant’s help will be priceless. If you want to help us grow and, over time, become responsible for a wider spectrum of tasks, including some decision-making, you should dive into the details.

You can hear more about our plans here: Investor presentation.

  • attending meetings (such as press conferences, sales meetings, and internal meetings) along with the board,
  • assisting in other administrative matters,
  • sometimes, taking care of more daily-life tasks.
  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone who:

  • is highly organized, as we would like you to plan your work independently,
  • is proactive, as we hope you will be able to notice things that should be taken care of and come up with possible solutions,

  • is willing to carry out various tasks, depending on the current needs,
  • has an eye for detail,
  • has a B2+ level of English (especially in writing),

  • If you also:

  • have some experience in a similar role,
  • have experience organizing trips and know what is essential when it comes to it,
  • you should consider applying for this position and see if we are a good match!
