Executive Assistant

We are a Kraków-based company that has been on the market for almost 10 years. Thanks to our steady growth rate of about 40% per year, we are close to hiring our 200th team member. Our Software Mansion team is getting bigger and bigger, and the Board Members – Marcin, Paweł, Kasia, and Magda, are getting more occupied. As all of them want to continuously engage in the company's daily life, we are looking for an Assistant who will help them deal with the ongoing issues. We go public next year and are about to face some new tasks, so we predict that the Assistant’s help will be priceless. What would you do as an Executive Assistant, and who are we looking for?

The role of the Executive Assistant is an important and varied one, as it is essential to react to current needs. However, these are the few tasks you will most likely work on:

  • managing calendars – creating and scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and optimizing time organization,
  • organizing business trips – coming up with the best options when it comes to booking flights, accommodation, etc.,
  • contacting people who work closely with the board members; writing emails and messages,
  • attending meetings (such as press conferences, sales meetings, and internal meetings) along with the board,
  • assisting in other administrative matters,
  • sometimes, taking care of more daily-life tasks.
  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone who:

  • is highly organized, as we would like you to plan your work independently,
  • is proactive, as we hope you will be able to notice things that should be taken care of and come up with possible solutions,
  • is outgoing, communicative, and easy to connect with,
  • is willing to carry out various tasks, depending on the current needs,
  • has an eye for detail,
  • has a B2+ level of English (especially in writing),
  • knows Google Calendar really well and can manage meetings' schedules in an effective way.

    Terms of Cooperation

  • You will be able to work remotely from time to time, but in this position, it is important to work mainly in our office at Zabłocie 43B in Cracow.
  • This is a full-time job. Generally, we work flexible hours, but you would have to adjust your schedule for some meetings.
  • We are flexible when it comes to the type of the agreement.
